人体损伤程度鉴定之“三论”研究——以北京市石景山区为例

Research on the"Three Theories"of the Identification of Human Injury Degree-A Case Study of Shijingshan District in Beijing

本文以北京市石景山区的鉴定情况为例,解析鉴定过程中所涉及的内容及环节,认为完整的人体损伤程度鉴定应包括损伤程度、检查方法和损伤机制三项内容,简称“程度论”“方法论”和“机制论”。

This paper takes the identification cases of Shijingshan district in Beijing as an example,analyzes the contents and links involved in the identification process,and argues that a complete identification of human body injury degree should include three aspects,namely,injury degree,inspection method and injury mechanism,which are called degree theory,methodology and mechanism theory.
