摘要
随着“以纸代塑”的环保概念兴起,单光白牛皮纸在应用方面有很大的拓展,在食品包装上得到广泛应用,其对纸张的强度及食品接触安全性要求较高。本文选用一种干强剂来提高纸张强度,从小试以及生产应用两方面对加入两性聚丙烯酰胺干强剂后的结果进行分析评价。结果表明:在混合浆池内加入所选的两性聚丙烯酰胺,在用量5kg/t纸时,纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数提高接近15%,耐折度提高43%,撕裂度有降低的趋势,AKD施胶剂节省20%,通过降低打浆度节电20kWh/t纸;在保持产品质量不降低的前提下,通过调整纸浆配比,综合成本可降低150元/t纸左右;符合食品接触用纸国家标准的要求。
With the rise of the environmental protection concept of"replacing plastic with paper",MG white kraft paper has a great expansion in application and is widely used in food packaging.It has high requirements for paper strength and food contact safety.In this paper,a dry strength agent is selected to replace mechanical beating to improve the paper strength.The results of adding AmPAM dry strength agent are analyzed and evaluated from two aspects of lab test and mill trial.The results show that when the AmPAM is added into the mixed pulp tank,when the dosage is 5kg/t,the tensile index and bursting index of the paper are increased by nearly 15%,the folding resistance is increased by 43%,the tearing degree is reduced,the AKD sizing agent is saved by 20%,and the power consumption is saved by 20kWh/ton of paper by reducing the beating degree;On the premise of keeping the product quality is not reduced,the cost can be saved by about¥150/ton of paper by adjusting the pulp ratio;It also meets the requirements of the national standard for food contact paper.
