摘要
采用褪色分光光度法对薄页纸羧甲基纤维素钠的含量进行测定,通过创建数学模型和讨论研究薄页纸中羧甲基纤维素钠含量主要的测量不确定度来源,依据JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定进行评定,最后计算出薄页纸中羧甲基纤维素钠含量的扩展不确定度,能够为系统性分析检测结果提供高质量、高精准和可靠性较好的参考标准,同时可以使测试结果更具准确性和客观性。
The content of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in thin sheet paper was determined by fading spectrophotometry.The main sources of measurement uncertainty of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose content in thin sheet paper were studied by creating mathematical model and talking about it.The evaluation was carried out according to the provisions of JJF1059-2012 measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression.Finally,the extended uncertainty of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose content in thin sheet paper is calculated,which can provide a reference standard of high quality,high precision and good reliability for systematic analysis of test results,and can make the test results more accurate and objective.
