近年来,各地人大依法履行法定职责,对司法监督工作做了大量探索,取得新的成效,同时也存在一些问题。及时总结人大司法监督工作的新经验,客观分析人大司法监督工作存在的问题,进而提出加强和改进人大司法监督工作的新思路,对践行执政为民的理念,加强社会主义民主法治建设具有重要意义。做好人大司法监督工作,要着力改进对司法专项工作的监督,加强对司法类案、具体案件、司法人员和司法文件的监督。

In recent years,the National People's Congress at all levels have performed their statutory duties according to law,made a lot of explorations on judicial supervision,and achieved new results.At the same time,there are some problems.Summing up the new experience of judicial supervision work of NPC in time,objectively analyzing the problems existing in judicial supervision work of NPC,and then putting forward new ideas to strengthen and improve judicial supervision work of NPC are of great significance for practicing the idea of governing for the people and strengthening the construction of socialist democracy and the rule of law.To do a good job in judicial supervision of NPC,we should focus on improving the supervision of special judicial work and strengthening the supervision of judicial cases,specific cases,judicial personnel and judicial documents.
