热镀铝锌脱锌缺陷分析

摘要 热镀铝锌产品在用户加工的过程中,经常会发生脱锌。本文对加工脱锌缺陷进行了微观形貌和能谱元素分析。结果表明,脱锌缺陷产生原因可分为三类:基板组织异常、镀层厚度异常增加、基板表面氧化或残碳。同时,根据分析结果,提出了预防脱锌缺陷发生的控制措施。 Bending and cracking often occurs in the process of processing hot-dip galvalumecoating products.In this paper,defects were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy.Results showed that the causes of defects can be divided into three categories,such as abnormal metallographic structure,abnormal increase of coating thickness,substrate surface oxidation or carbon residue.At the same time,according to the analysis results,the control measures to prevent dezincification defect are put forward.
