Design and Implementation of Excel Audit Verification Tool Based on Python

作为审计工作者,每天免不了和数据打交道,Office电子表格软件Excel成为我们日常办公的必备工具,在一个审计项目中审计人员往往花费大量时间和精力使用Excel处理数据。尤其是在审计项目后期人工方式对大批上报的数据有效性、数据内容与内容之间的勾稽关系合理性以及表格汇总等进行许多重复性的劳动,这就造成办公效率低下,而且容易出错。从某某市国有投融资企业资产质量和运营风险情况专项审计项目后期的表格审核、校验和汇总任务出发,笔者设计开发了一款基于Python语言简单易用的Excel审核校验工具,可以帮助审计人员便捷地完成数据的审核和汇总工作,大幅提高工作效率、减少工作时间、降低人工操作出现的失误。

As auditors,we have to deal with data every day.Office spreadsheet software Excel has become a necessary tool for our daily office.In an audit project,auditors often spend a lot of time and energy using Excel to process data.Especially in the later stage of the audit project,a lot of repetitive labor is carried out manually on the effectiveness of a large number of reported data,the rationality of the cross check relationship between data content and content,and table summary,which leads to low office efficiency and easy to make mistakes.Starting from the task of table review,verification and summary in the later stage of the special audit project of asset quality and operation risk of state-owned investment and financing enterprises in a city,the author designs and develops a simple and easy-to-use excel review and verification tool based on Python voice,which can help auditors conveniently complete the review and summary of data,greatly improve work efficiency and reduce working hours Reduce errors in manual operation.
