煤矿地质勘探机械振动故障成因检测技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前煤矿地质勘探机械振动故障原因分析存在分析误差大问题,开展机械振动故障原因分析技术研究。通过确定勘探设备机械振动类型、振动信号采集与处理、机械振动时域与频域分析及故障原因分析结果导出等步骤,提出一种故障原因分析技术。将该技术应用到煤矿地质勘探设备运行中,针对获取到的勘探设备运行参数分析得出其故障数据,并结合数据对其故障原因进行分析。新的分析技术得出的分析结果与实际勘探设备故障原因一致,证明分析技术的可行性以及分析精度较高。 Aiming at the problem of large analysis error in the cause analysis of mechanical vibration fault in coal mine geological exploration,the technical research on the cause analysis of mechanical vibration fault is carried out.Through the steps of determining the mechanical vibration type of exploration equipment,vibration signal acquisition and processing,mechanical vibration time domain and frequency domain analysis and derivation of fault cause analysis results,a fault cause analysis technology is proposed.The technology is applied to the operation of coal mine geological exploration equipment,the fault data are obtained according to the obtained operation parameters of exploration equipment,and the fault causes are analyzed combined with the data.The analysis results obtained by the new analysis technology are consistent with the fault causes of the actual exploration equipment,which proves the feasibility of the analysis technology and high analysis accuracy.
