海油石油92系列自升式钻井平台冲桩系统改造升级研究

摘要 根据海油石油92系列自升式钻井平台出厂至今历次拔桩情况分析,原来的冲桩管线系统在平台桩靴入泥深度超过10米后,拔桩作业就会受到限制,冲桩效率无法得到保证。如何解决平台在三桩入泥超过10米后拔桩作业的冲桩效率无法保障的问题,平台经过多次讨论分析,研究制定了桩靴冲桩系统升级改进的方案。通过近两年在渤海湾区域桩腿入泥超过10米的区域进行拔桩作业的实践过程中,充分验证了该冲桩系统的升级改造不仅提高冲桩效率和降低了拔桩作业过程中的安全风险,也为拖航作业的顺利进行提供了可靠保障。 According to the analysis of previous pile extraction of CNOOC 92 series self-up drilling rig,The original pile pipeline system in the platform pile boots more than 10 meters,Pile removal operations will be restricted,Pile flushing efficiency cannot be guaranteed.How to solve the 92 series platform in three pile into mud more than 10 meters after pile efficiency can not guarantee the problem,after many discussions and analysis,we developed the pile boot pile flushing system upgrade scheme.Through the practice of pile pulling operation in the area of more than 10 meters in the Bohai Bay area,it is fully verified that the upgrading of the pile flushing system not only improves the efficiency of pile running and reduces the operation safety risk in the process of pile pulling,but also provides a reliable guarantee for the smooth progress of the towing operation.
