居住区地下停车库通风防排烟设计分析

摘要 近些年来我国经济有了快速发展,人民的生活水平有了较大提升,私家车数量不断增加,但是城市的可用土地资源越来越少,所以为了有效解决小区停车问题很多居住区都利用建造地下停车库的方式来解决停车问题。对于地下停车库来说,为了减少、避免火灾等危险情况的发生、确保居民生命财产安全,对于地下停车库进行有效的通风防排烟设计是非常关键的。本文主要以某居住区地下停车库为例分析通风防排烟设计方面的内容,希望能够对相关人士有所帮助。 In recent years,my country's economy has developed rapidly,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and the number of private cars has continued to increase,but the available land resources in cities are getting less and less,so in order to effectively solve the problem of community parking,many residential areas have Use the construction of underground parking garages to solve the parking problem.For underground parking garages,in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of dangerous situations such as fires and ensure the safety of residents'lives and property,it is very important to carry out effective ventilation and smoke prevention design for underground parking garages.This article mainly takes an underground parking garage in a residential area as an example to analyze the design of ventilation and smoke prevention,hoping to be helpful to relevant people.
