摘要
针对传统不动产测绘方式存在的效率低、周期长、成本高、风险高、入户难等一系列问题,本文提出采用倾斜摄影的方式进行不动产测绘。首先采用无人机获取任务区多角度影像,然后进行建模和地籍图生产,最后利用外业采集的房角等特征点和量测的边长对地籍图的点位和边长精度进行检测,结果表明:本次实验中,检测点平面点位中误差为0.034米,边长中误差为0.061米,成果精度均可以满足地籍图精度需求,可以为地籍图生产提供有效参考。
In view of a series of problems such as low efficiency,long cycle,high cost,high risk,and difficulty in entering the home in traditional real estate surveying and mapping methods,this paper proposes the use of oblique photography for real estate surveying and mapping.First,the drone is used to obtain multi-angle images of the mission area,and then modeling and cadastral map production are carried out.Finally,the point position and side length accuracy of the cadastral map are detected using the characteristic points such as house angles collected in the field and the measured side length.,the results show that:in this experiment,the error in the plane position of the detection point is 0.034 meters,and the error in the side length is 0.061 meters.The accuracy of the results can meet the accuracy requirements of the cadastral map,and can provide an effective reference for the production of the cadastral map.
