一种激光跟踪测量系统二轴转台电控系统设计

摘要 激光跟踪测量系统主要由激光测距仪与二轴转台组成。其二轴转台应具有转角控制精度与分辨率高、响应速度快等特点。本文采用ARM-CortexM7为核心的单片机、五相步进电机及谐波减速器、24位轴角编码器、四象限光电池等设计了二轴转台电控系统。系统采用模块化设计,具有结构简单、控制精度与分辨率高等特点。其两轴最大转动速度为14.4°/s,最大加速度为30°/s2,定位分辨率为0.1",以编码器输出为基准的定位精度小于1"。 The laser tracking measurement system is mainly composed of a laser rangefinder and a two-axis turntable.The two-axis turntable should have the characteristics of high precision and resolution of corner control,and fast response speed.In this paper,a two-axis turntable electronic control system is designed using ARM-CortexM7 as the core single-chip microcomputer,five-phase stepping motor and harmonic reducer,24-bit shaft angle encoder,and four-quadrant photocell.The system adopts modular design and has the characteristics of simple structure,high control precision and high resolution.The maximum rotation speed of the two axes is 14.4°/s,the maximum acceleration is 30°/s2,the positioning resolution is 0.1",and the positioning accuracy based on the encoder output is less than 1".
