摘要
结合福建省琅岐市政EPC项目工程实例,介绍多向水泥搅拌桩加固沿海地区软土地基的施工原理、施工工艺,并使用控制变量法调整多向水泥搅拌桩水灰比、水泥掺入量等施工条件,在确保满足成桩质量的条件下寻求经济效益最大化,同时为沿海地区深层水泥搅拌桩施工提供一定的实践基础。研究表明,当水灰比为0.55,水泥参量为18%时,多向水泥搅拌桩可有效加固沿海地区软土地基,成桩质量较好,且经济效益较优。
Combined with the engineering example of Langqi Municipal EPC project in Fujian Province,the construction principle and construction technology of multi-directional cement mixing piles for strengthening soft soil foundation in coastal areas are introduced,and the control variable method is used to adjust the water-cement ratio and cement mixing amount of multi-directional cement mixing piles.It seeks to maximize the economic benefits under the condition of ensuring the quality of the piles,and at the same time provides a certain practical basis for the construction of deep cement mixing piles in coastal areas.The research shows that when the water-cement ratio is 0.55 and the cement parameter is 18%,the multi-directional cement mixing pile can effectively strengthen the soft soil foundation in coastal areas,with better pile quality and better economic benefits.
