摘要
21世纪,我国高速公路得到了快速发展,不仅是在东南沿海,而且在地形复杂的云贵川地区也发展迅猛,西部有些省份甚至做到了县县通高速。山区地形复杂,高速公路桥隧占比高。桥梁上部构造结构形式采用装配式简支梁或先简支后连续T梁形式比较多。T梁预制数量比较大。为了满足高速公路高质量发展的要求,对提高T梁的预制质量、保证工期提出了更高的要求。T梁钢筋绑扎采用肋板胎架法存在诸多优点,已经得到广大施工企业的青睐和大面积推广应用。如何加工出精度更高,安装最快的胎架是工程人不断追求的目标。本文就预制T梁中采用移动式钢筋肋板胎架绑扎钢筋做介绍,并与传统固定胎架对比分析,体现移动式肋板胎架的优越性做简要叙述。
Twenty-first century,China's expressways have developed rapidly,not only in the southeast coast,but also in the complex terrain of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan.Some western provinces have even achieved County-to-county expressways.Mountainous terrain is complex,and highway bridges and tunnels account for a high proportion.Fabricated simply supported beams or simply supported and then continuous T-beams are often used as the superstructure of bridges.The quantity of T-beam prefabrication is relatively large.In order to meet the requirements of high-quality development of expressway,higher requirements are put forward for improving the prefabrication quality of T-beam and ensuring the construction period.The rib plate jig frame method for T-beam reinforcement binding has many advantages,which has been favored by the majority of construction enterprises and widely popularized and applied.How to process the jig frame with higher precision and the fastest installation is the goal that engineers continue to pursue.This paper introduces the use of mobile reinforced rib jig frame to bind reinforcement in precast T-beam,compares and analyzes it with the traditional fixed jig frame,and briefly describes the advantages of mobile rib support.
