摘要
本文对连铸机结晶器振动台液压控制系统应用进行分析,介绍控制系统组成,分析系统控制策略,阐述数字PID控制器在振动台控制系统中的优点和局限性,分析了前馈自适应调节器的PI控制方案和两液压缸同步控制方案控制原理,为掌握和维护振动台控制系统提供了理论依据。
This paper analyzes the application of the hydraulic control system of the mold shaking table of the continuous casting machine,introduces the composition of the control system,analyzes the system control strategy,expounds the advantages and limitations of the digital PID controller in the shaking table control system,and analyzes the PI control scheme of the feedforward adaptive regulator and the control principle of the synchronous control scheme of two hydraulic cylinders,It provides a theoretical basis for mastering and maintaining the vibration table control system.
