摘要
在矿区管理信息化水平不断提升的背景下,以PLC为控制核心构建综采设备状态监测系统,提高设备运行监测的自动化和实时化水平,对综采设备故障的早发现、早处理有积极帮助。本文首先概述了综采设备状态监测系统的基本组成,以及PLC控制箱、传感器、数据采集程序等部分的设计要点,随后搭建了综采设备状态监测系统,并进行了现场调试。结果显示该系统的上位机和下位机之间通讯正常,各综采设备的状态参数能够同步到上位机,帮助管理人员实现了对综采设备的远程、实时监管。
In the context of the continuous improvement of the level of information management in mining areas,a condition monitoring system for fully mechanized mining equipment is constructed with PLC as the control core to improve the automation and real-time level of equipment operation monitoring.Early detection and early treatment of fully mechanized mining equipment failures Actively help.This paper firstly outlines the basic composition of the fully mechanized mining equipment condition monitoring system,as well as the design points of the PLC control box,sensors,data acquisition programs,etc.,and then builds the fully mechanized mining equipment condition monitoring system and conducts on-site debugging.The results show that the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer of the system is normal,and the state parameters of each fully mechanized mining equipment can be synchronized to the upper computer,which helps the managers to realize the remote and real-time supervision of the fully mechanized mining equipment.
