软磁复合材料制备工艺的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 作为一种新型的功能材料,软磁复合材料具有三维各向同性、低的涡流损耗、良好的频率特性及易于机械加工等优点,在电力电子领域有着广泛的应用。随着电子元器件微型化和高频化的发展趋势,对软磁材料的性能提出了更严苛的要求。综述了软磁复合材料绝缘包覆处理、成形技术与烧结和热处理三个方面的研究进展。以包覆工艺和包覆材料为出发点分析绝缘包覆对材料性能的影响规律,阐述了有机、无机和复合包覆工艺的最新研究进展,列举了成形技术与烧结在软磁复合材料制备上的应用情况,并梳理了热处理技术对高性能软磁复合材料的影响,最后对软磁复合材料的发展中需要关注的问题进行了总结与展望。 As a new type of functional material,soft magnetic composite material has a wide range of applications in the field of power electronics due to the advantages of three-dimensional isotropy,low eddy current loss,good frequency characteristics and easy mechanical processing.Under the trend of miniaturization and high frequency of electronic components,more stringent requirements are put forward for the performance of soft magnetic materials.This article reviews three aspects of insulation coating treatment,forming technology and heat treatment of soft magnetic composite materials.Starting with the coating process and coating material,the effect of insulating coating on material properties is analyzed.The latest research progress of organic,inorganic and composite coating process is reviewed,and the application of forming technology and sintering is listed for the development of soft magnetic composite materials.Then the influence of heat treatment technology on high-performance soft magnetic composite materials are reviewed.Finally,the problem needing attention for the development of soft magnetic composite materials are summarized and prospected.
