考虑可控负荷参与的主动配电网故障分场景恢复策略 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨可控负荷参与故障恢复的可行策略并简化恢复决策过程,本文提出一种基于动态情景划分的主动配电网故障恢复决策方法。首先通过定义恢复情景指标函数将配电网划分为三种恢复场景;进一步通过定义拍卖等级指标函数,研究可控负荷参与的配电网故障恢复方案,以及通过定义负荷波动指标函数作为恢复时段划分依据,构建主动配电网多时段、分场景故障恢复决策的双层优化模型。上层模型以各时段配电网负荷切除量、网损和开关设备动作次数等指标最小为目标函数;下层模型对应各时段的三种恢复场景划分,分别以减少网损、最大化可控负荷收益和最小化负荷切除量为目标函数,应用层次分析法和蚁群算法求解双层模型得到整体恢复方案。针对恢复场景二可控负荷参与恢复的决策过程,给出三种维克瑞-克拉克-格罗夫斯拍卖机制改进措施,利用纳什均衡解存在证明机制的可行性,为利用可控负荷快速恢复提供可行决策方法。IEEE 69节点算例仿真验证了所提方法的有效性。 In order to explore the feasible strategy of controllable load participating in fault recovery and simplify the recovery decision process,an active distribution network fault recovery decision method based on dynamic scenario division is proposed.Firstly,the distribution network is divided into three recovery scenarios by defining the recovery index function.Secondly,the fault recovery scheme of distribution network with controllable load participation is studied by defining the auction level index function.Thirdly,the load fluctuation index function is defined as the division basis for the recovery period.So a bilevel optimization model for multi period and scenario fault recovery decision of active distribution network is constructed.The objective function of the upper model is to minimize the load cut-off,network loss and switching equipment action times of distribution network in each period.The objective function of the lower model is to reduce network loss,maximize controllable load revenue and minimize load removal.The analytic hierarchy process and ant colony algorithm are used to solve the double-layer model to obtain the overall recovery scheme.For scenario 2,three improvement measures of Vickery Clarke Groves auction mechanism are proposed.Using Nash equilibrium solution to prove the feasibility of existence mechanism,it provides a feasible decision-making method for rapid recovery of controllable load.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by IEEE 69 bus simulation.
