劳动力返迁研究具有重要的现实意义,此领域在国外相关研究成果具有较强影响力。因此,通过文献回顾和学术综述,明确了返迁现象的实质是劳动力转移的伴随行为,为一系列“力”作用的结果。返迁劳动力具有外出劳动力和本地劳动力的双重属性,在人力资本和社会资本方面具有一定优势,其收入影响因素中,返迁决策因素为重要的间接影响因素,而个体适应性、返迁地作用及劳动力特征为直接影响因素,包括具有特殊意义的群体特征、人力资本、社会资本和创业就业环境因素。

The research on the labor-returning is of practical significance.Relevant foreign research results have a strong influ⁃ence in this field.Therefore,through literature review and academic review,it is clearified that the essence of the labor-returning is the accompanying behavior of labor transfer,which is the result of a series of“forces”.The returning labor has the dual attri⁃butes of migrant labor and local labor,and has advantages in human capital and social capital.Among the influencing factors of the income of the returned labor force,the decision-making factor of returning is an important indirect influencing factor,while individ⁃ual adaptability,the effect of returning place and the characteristics of the labor force are the direct influencing factors,including group characteristics,human capital,social capital and entrepreneurship and employment environment.
