鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗老年骨病联合用药方案分析

Analysis of Combined Medication Schemes of Lugua Polypeptide Injection in Treatment of Senile Osteopathy

目的分析鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗老年骨病联合用药方案。方法通过26家三甲医院信息系统(HIS)收录的老年骨病住院病历,集取鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗老年骨病的数据信息,选取Apriori算法创建模型、Clementine 12.0进行关联分析。结果使用鹿瓜多肽注射液的老年患者人群主要是分布在66~75岁的女性患者;骨折和骨质疏松症在患者的西医诊断中出现最多,肝肾亏虚证和气滞血瘀证在中医诊断中出现最多;治疗方案最常联合使用的西药类别以镇痛药-抗生素类为主,中药汤剂以滋肾壮骨-活血化瘀剂为主;最常见联合西药组合为川芎嗪-腺苷钴胺,中药组合为强骨胶囊-金天格胶囊。结论老年骨病患者通过鹿瓜多肽注射液进行干预治疗,有良好的效用性、稳定性,与其它药物联合应用,可显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To analyze the combination medication regimen of Lugua Polypeptide Injection(LPI)on senile osteopathy.Methods The data of LPI in the treatment of senile osteopathy are collected from the medical records in the hospital information system(HIS)of 26 tertiary hospitals.The Apriori algorithm is selected to build the model and Clementine 12.0 for association analysis.Results The elderly patients using LPI is mainly distributed in female 66~75 years old patients;fracture and osteoporosis cover the largest proportion in the western medicine diagnosis,while Liver-kidney deficiency syndrome and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnosis;analgesic-antibiotics are most commonly used in the Western medication regimen,while kidney-nourishing and bone-strengthening-blood-circulating and stasis-removing agent in the TCM decoction regimen;ligustrazine-cobalamin is the most common combination medication in western medicine while bone-strengthen capsule-Jintiange capsule in TCM.Conclusion LPI possess good utility and stability in the treatment of elderly osteopathia patients.Combined with other drugs,it can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
