摘要
钕铁硼磁体(NdFeB)生产废料中含有20%~30%稀土元素,有较大回收价值。目前,从钕铁硼废料中回收稀土主要采用湿法工艺。湿法工艺对原料适应性强,所得稀土产品纯度高。综述了从钕铁硼废料中回收稀土的湿法工艺特点及存在的问题,以期为钕铁硼废料的回收处理提供参考。
Neodymium-iron-boron magnets(NdFeB)waste contains 20%~30%rare earth elements which has great recycling value.At present,the recovery of rare earth from NdFeB waste mainly adopts wet method.The wet method has good adaptability to raw materials and high purity of rare earth products.The characteristics and existing problems of the wet process for recovering rare earth from NdFeB waste are reviewed in order to provide reference for the recovery and treatment of NdFeB waste.
