摘要
研究了用硫酸从某炼钢转底炉工艺中的次氧化锌中浸出锌,考察了浸出温度、初始硫酸浓度对锌浸出率的影响及浸出反应动力学。结果表明:随浸出温度、初始硫酸浓度升高,锌浸出率提高;浸出过程可用Avrami方程加以描述,浸出反应表观活化能为5.18 kJ/mol,表观反应级数为0.547,宏观反应动力学方程为-ln(1-x)=11.269e-5.18×10^(3)/RT c^(0.547) t(0.235),浸出反应受外扩散影响较大,加强扩散效应可提高锌浸出率。
The secondary zinc oxide was leached by sulfuric acid from a steel-making rotary hearth furnace process.The effects of leaching temperature,initial sulfuric acid concentration on the zinc leaching rate and kinetics were studied.The results show that with the increase of leaching temperature and initial sulfuric acid concentration,the zinc leaching rate increases.The leaching process can be described by the Avrami equation,the apparent activation energy of the leaching reaction is 5.18 kJ/mol,the apparent reaction order is 0.547,and the macroscopic reaction kinetics is -ln(1-x)=11.269e-5.18×10^(3)/RT c^(0.547) t(0.235).The equation is that the leaching reaction is greatly affected by external diffusion,and strengthening the diffusion effect can increase the zinc leaching rate.
