摘要
研究了采用硫酸化焙烧—水浸工艺从铜烟灰氧压酸浸渣中浸出铟,通过单因素试验考察了焙烧酸料体积质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、水浸固液质量体积比、水浸温度、水浸时间对铟、铁浸出率的影响。结果表明:对于铜烟灰氧压酸浸渣,在酸料体积质量比1 mL/7.5 g、温度450℃、焙烧时间0.5 h条件下焙烧,然后在固液质量体积比1 g/1.5 mL、60℃下水浸1.0 h,铟、铁浸出率分别为83.95%和54.58%,渣中铟质量分数降至0.01%。循环试验结果表明:铟综合浸出率大于80%,渣中铟质量分数低于0.01%,浸出液中铟和铁的质量浓度分别为591.11 mg/L和51.11 g/L,所得溶液中的铟可以通过萃取工艺回收。
Leaching of Indium in oxygen pressure acid leaching residue of copper smelting dust by sulphation roasting—aqueous leaching process was resarched.The effects of acid volumn/residue mass,roasting temperature,roasting time,roasted solid mass/liquid volume,leaching temperature,leaching time on leaching of indium and iron were examined by single factor experiment.The results show that the leaching rate of indium and iron are 83.95%and 54.58%,respectively,and the indium mass fraction in leaching residue decreases to 0.01%under the roasting conditions of acid volumn/residue mass of 1 mL/7.5 g,temperature of 450℃,roasting time of 0.5 h,and leaching conditions of solid mass/liquid volume of 1 g/1.5 mL,leaching temperature of 60℃and leaching time of 1.0 h.In addition,the cyclic leaching experiment results reveale that the comprehensive leaching of indium is more than 80%,the indium mass fraction in leaching residue is less than 0.01%,the mass concentration of indium and iron in the leaching solution are 591.11 mg/L and 51.11 g/L,respectively,which indium in leaching solution can be recovered by resolvent extraction.
