摘要 研究了从废镍氢电池还原浸出液中以氟盐选择性沉淀稀土,考察了沉淀时间、温度、氟化铵用量对稀土沉淀率的影响。结果表明:在沉淀时间45 min、温度60℃、氟化铵用量为理论量1.4倍条件下,稀土沉淀率为86.21%,沉淀渣中稀土质量分数>20%,铁、镍、钴、锌质量分数较低。氟盐沉淀法可用于从溶液中选择性沉淀稀土。 Selective precipitation of rare earth from reduction leaching solution of spent Ni-MH battery was studied.The effects of precipitation time,temperature and ammonium fluoride amount on precipitation rate of rare earth were examined.The results show that under the optimum conditions of precipitation time of 45 min,temperature of 60℃,and ammonium fluoride amount of 1.4 times of theoretical amount,the rare earth precipitation rate is 86.21%,rare earth content in the precipitate is more than 20%.The loss of nickel,cobalt and zinc are low.The fluorine salt precipitation method can selectively precipitate rare earth.
