摘要
研究了以盐酸法生产饲料级磷酸氢钙过程中脱除杂质氟,考察了搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间、稀盐酸用量、二氧化硅用量、氯化钠用量对产品质量的影响。结果表明:对于50 g磷矿石粉,在搅拌速度140 r/min、反应温度55℃、反应时间3 h、稀盐酸(质量分数15%)用量3.0 L、CaO用量0.5 g、SiO_(2)用量2 g、NaCl用量4 g条件下,磷回收率为94.86%,氟去除率为96.75%,所得磷酸氢钙中氟质量分数为0.132%,符合HG 2636—2000要求。
The defluorination during production of feed grade dicalcium phosphate by hydrochloric acid method was studied.The effects of stirring speed,reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of hydrochloric acid,silica and sodium chloride on product quality were examined.The test results show that for 50 g phosphate ore powder,under the conditions of stirring speed of 140 r/min,reaction temperature of 55℃,reaction time of 3 h,dilute hydrochloric acid(15%)dosage of 3.0 L,CaO dosage of 0.5 g,silica dosage of 2 g,and NaCl dosage of 4 g,the phosphorus recovery rate is 94.86%,fluorine removal rate is 96.75%,and the fluorine mass fraction in calcium hydrogen phosphate is 0.132%,which meets the requirements of HG 2636—2000.
