摘要
以微波水热法制备水溶性碳点(CDs)并将其负载于二氧化钛(TiO_(2))表面,制备一种具有可见光响应的CDs/TiO_(2)复合光催化剂,并用以催化降解双酚A污染物,考察了制备过程中不同控制因素(CDs掺杂量、煅烧温度、煅烧时间)对CDs/TiO_(2)光催化性能的影响,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis)、比表面积分析仪(BET)对CDs/TiO_(2)进行表征。结果表明:所制备的CDs/TiO_(2)的比表面积为83.914 m^(2)/g;与TiO_(2)相比,CDs/TiO_(2)的吸收边界红移,禁带宽度变窄为2.93 eV,具有可见光响应;对双酚A去除率可达99.1%;且其有较长使用寿命,5次循环后对双酚A去除率仍可达91.8%。
CDs/TiO_(2) composite photocatalyst with visible light response was prepared by loading water-solubility carbon point(CDs)prepared by microwave hydrothermal method on the surface of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)) and used to catalytic degradate Bisphenol A pollutants.The influence of CDs doping amount,calcination temperature,calcination time on photocatalytic performance of prepared CDs/TiO_(2) was examined.The scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-vis),brunauer-emmett-teller(BET)were used to characterize CDs/TiO_(2).The results show that the specific surface area of CDs/TiO_(2) is 83.914 m^(2)/g.Compared with TiO_(2),the absorption boundary of CDs/TiO_(2) red shifts,band gap narrows to 2.93 eV,and responses to visible light.The removal rate of Bisphenol A can reach 99.1%.Moreover,it has a long service life,and the removal rate of Bisphenol A still reach 91.8%after 5 cycles.
