摘要
目前,黑木耳霉菌污染问题主要发生在两个阶段,即菌丝的营养生长阶段和生殖生长阶段,基本覆盖了木耳种植的整个周期。霉菌污染主要有木霉、毛霉、曲霉、链孢霉等真菌,只有真正了解诱发霉菌污染的因素与生产中各个操作环节的关系,才能采取相应的防控措施,真正避免霉菌污染的发生与危害。
At present,fungus pollution mainly occurs in two stages,the vegetative growth stage and reproductive growth stage of mycelia,which basically covers the whole cultivation cycle of Auricularia auricula.Fungus pollution mainly Trichoderma,Mucor,Aspergillus,Streptospora ngium and other fungi.Only by truly understanding the factors inducing mold pollution and the relationship between the production of each operation link,in order to corresponding prevention and control measures,really avoid the occurrence and harm of fungus pollution.
