国有矿井物探企业质量管理过程优化分析——以山西J公司为例

Analysis on Optimization of Quality Management Process of State-owned Coal Mine Geophysical Prospecting Enterprises—Take Shanxi J Company as an Example

矿井物探是应用于煤矿生产时的一种安全保障性技术,其行业发展及质量管理程度对贯彻落实矿井安全生产政策至关重要。以山西省代表性国有矿井物探服务企业J公司为研究对象,在对其质量管理现状进行阐述和分析之后,结果表明:管理制度执行手段落后、质量管控队伍构成不够合理、员工质量意识淡薄、项目质量管理工作缺乏研究等方面短板是制约该企业质量工作进步的重要因素,继而提出引入新型绩效管理组织架构、建立信息共享方案、确定良好沟通激励机制、完善内部培训和做好外部市场服务等对策,旨在推动包含J公司在内的国有矿井物探服务企业不断进行自身质量管理制度建设与流程再造。经过实践,J公司质量体系建设和项目实施效果明显改善,经济效益和社会效益得到了同步提升。

Coal mine geophysical prospecting is a safety technology used in coal mine production,and its industry development status and quality management are crucial to the implementation of coal mine safety production policies.Taking J company,a representative state-owned coal mine geophysical exploration service enterprise in Shanxi province as the research object,after a comprehensive elaboration and analysis of its quality management status,the results show that:the implementation of the management system is backward,the quality control team composition is not reasonable,and the quality of employees weak awareness and lack of research on project quality management are important factors restricting the progress of the company's quality work.Then,it is proposed to introduce a new performance management organizational structure,establish an information sharing plan,determine a good communication incentive mechanism,improve internal training and do good external market services and other countermeasures are aimed at promoting the state-owned coal mine geophysical exploration enterprises including J company to continuously improve their quality management systems and processes under the new policy and market environment,so as to fully implement quality management in work practice.After practice,the quality system construction and project implementation effect of J company have been significantly improved,and the economic and social benefits have been simultaneously improved.
