摘要
针对北方核电厂夏季工况时机组出力偏低问题,通过综合对比设计参数、汽轮机选型、机组出力曲线和机组发电量等因素,对北方核电厂夏季机组出力的特性进行分析。CPR1000堆型核电厂机组出力随海水温度的变化而变化,但南北方机组由于低压缸配置不同、排汽面积不同,北方机组在夏季工况下,机组出力随海水温度的变化趋势更加明显。海水温度变化1℃,机组出力变化可达到8~10 MW,可能出现在夏季短时间内机组出力小于南方机组的情况。这是其机组出力自然特性决定的,属于正常现象。在此基础上,针对性提出了小幅提升一回路热功率和循环水泵变频改造的方案,以提高北方核电机组夏季出力能力。
Aiming at the problem of low generating power of a northern nuclear power plant in summer,by comparing the design parameters,steam turbine selection,unit output curve and unit generating capacity comprehensively,the characteristics of northern unit output in the north in summer was analyzed.By comparing the output characteristics of the same reactor type nuclear power units in the South and North,it is found that the unit output of CPR1000 reactor type nuclear power plant changes with the temperature of seawater.However,due to the different low-pressure cylinder configuration and steam exhaust area of the South and North units,the change trend of unit output with seawater temperature is more obvious under the working condition of the North unit in summer,the temperature of seawater changes by 1℃,the output variation of the unit can reach 8-10 MW,which may be lower than that of the unit in the South in a short period of time。But this is normal because of the output characteristics of the unit in North.On this basis,to improve the summer output of North nuclear power unit,a small increase of primary circuit thermal power and frequency conversion transformation of circulating water pump were proposed.
