数字经济时代京津冀文化产业协同发展的机遇、问题与对策

Opportunities,problems and countermeasures for the coordinated development of cultural industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in the digital economy era.

京津冀文化协同是京津冀一体化的重要组成部分。论文基于京津冀文化产业的协同发展视角,首先从数字经济基础、文化政策扶持、文化产业的新特点以及虚拟空间联结四方面分析了京津冀文化产业协同的新机遇,分析了三地在文化产业协同中面临的四大问题,最后提出促进三地文化产业协同发展的策略。

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural synergy is an important part of the integration of Beij ing-Tianj in-Hebei.This article turns the research perspective to the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry.First of all,it analyzes the new opportunities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry collaboration from four aspects:the foundation of the digital economy,cultural policy support,the new characteristics of the cultural industry,and the connection of virtual spaces,and then analyzes the four major issues that the three places face in the cultural industry collaboration.Finally,a strategy to promote the coordinated development of cultural industries in the three places is proposed.
