摘要 各行业对大数据应用的程度不断加深,人才管理受益于大数据时代逐渐转变管理方式。招聘作为人才管理活动的重要环节对单位“节点”引才起着重要的作用。此背景下,以主流网络招聘模式为视角,发现当下网络招聘出现数据庞大、数据分析不够深入、数据真实性难辨别等问题。基于网络招聘存在的问题,通过拓宽数据收集的渠道、深度分析和整合数据、优化网络招聘平台等方式,提高人才引进的精确度、匹配度,推进单位人才管理的变革和创新。 With the deepening application of big data in various industries,talent management benefits from the era of big data and gradually changes the management mode.As an important part of talent management activities,recruitment plays an important role in introducing talents to the“node”of the unit.In this context,from the perspective of the mainstream online recruitment model,it is found that the current online recruitment has some problems,such as huge data,mixed data,insufficient in-depth data analysis,difficult to distinguish the authenticity of data and so on.Based on the problems existing in online recruitment,we can improve the accuracy and matching of talent introduction and promote the reform and innovation of talent management by broadening the channels and contents of data collection,indepth analysis and integration of data,and optimizing the online recruitment platform.
