摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展,金融市场改革力度不断加大,这一方面完善了我国市场运行体制,另一方面也给我国的商业银行带来更大的竞争压力。这种压力不仅有市场的竞争,还有人才的竞争,要想提高员工素质,就需要进行员工培训。中国银行是我国四大银行之一,员工培训非常具有代表性。 With the rapid development of information technology,the financial market reform is increasing.On the one hand,it improves our market operation system,on the other hand,it also brings greater competitive pressure to our commercial banks.This kind of pressure is not only the market competition,but also the talent competition.In order to improve the quality of employees,we need to carry out staff training.Bank of China is one of the four largest banks in China,and its staff training is very representative.
