摘要
酒店业在服务业发展过程中发挥着重要作用,作为酒店工作人员,其情绪劳动对工作满意度的影响也越来越大。在此背景下,采用问卷调查法,探讨酒店员工的情绪劳动与工作满意度间的关系及其影响因素,研究发现:①酒店员工的情绪劳动在其业务工作中表现程度不高;②酒店员工情绪劳动的表面及深度行为存在显著相关性;③酒店员工的情绪劳动与工作满意度之间存在显著相关性;④酒店员工情绪劳动和工作满意度各维度之间存在显著相关性。基于分析结果,发现其存在的问题并提出相关优化对策,从而提高酒店员工的工作满意度,促进酒店服务质量的全面提升。
Hotel industry plays an important role in the development of the service industry,as a hotel staff member,his emotional labor also has an increasing impact on work satisfaction.In this context,this paper uses the questionnaire method,discusses the relationship between emotional labor and work satisfaction of hotel employees and its influencing factors.The study found that:①The emotional labor of hotel employees is not high in their business work.②There is a significant correlation between the surface and depth behavior of emotional labor of hotel employees.③Hotel employees had a significant correlation between emotional labor and work satisfaction.④There was a significant correlation between emotional labor and work satisfaction.Based on this,we found the problems and put forward the optimized strategies,so as to improve the work satisfaction of hotel employees.
