双槽钢截面压弯承载力的设计及应用

摘要 当大直径管线需要用弹簧支架悬吊固定,而普通工字型钢或箱型截面型钢的抗弯构件无法满足使用要求时,可采用槽钢肢背相对且有间距的双槽钢截面。利用通用有限元软件STAAD PRO对支架进行分析,结合中国钢结构设计标准GB 50017—2017以及美国钢结构标准AISC 360—2016的规定,计算双槽钢截面压弯承载力,给出保证该截面整体稳定的方案及构造措施。 This paper introduced a situation when using common H section or box section steel flexural member cannot meet the requirement of installation of large diameter pipeline which need a spring support fixed above the steel support.The alternative is a double channel section with a distance between them.Analyses are performed to get the internal forces of the steel support by STAAD PRO.Determination of the compression and flexural bearing capacity of the steel support follows GB 50017—2017 and AISC 360—2016,with some structural measures to assure the stability of the flexural component.
