工业软件LiToSim服务于机械设计课程教学的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为增强学生对现代机械设计方法的理解,使学生初步掌握现代设计工具的使用,在机械工程专业本科生机械设计课程中,引入全中文工业软件励颐拓LiToSim模拟平台以辅助教学。利用LiToSim有限元软件作为可视化工具,定性展示关键零件在工作时的受力情况,并对其可能的失效模式进行分析,将其作为学生实践研习的分析工具。齿轮及螺栓组等课堂展示案例和学生研习案例证实该方法的可行性,将现代工业软件引入课堂教学中,能够为扩展学生视野和提升学生能力提供帮助。 To enhance students’understanding of the modern mechanical design methods,and enable students to master the use of modern design tools,the all Chinese industrial software LiToSim simulation platform is introduced to assist the teaching in the course of mechanical design for the undergraduate majoring in mechanical engineering.Finite element software LiToSim is used as a visualization tool,and the stress of key parts during operation is qualitatively displayed.LiToSim is used as an analytical tool for students practical study.The feasibility of the method is confirmed by the classroom demonstration cases such as gear and bolt group and the student study cases.It shows that it can help to expand student vision and improve student ability by introducing the modern industrial software into classroom teaching.
