皮瓣修复结合光动力疗法治疗面部皮肤癌的临床效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨皮瓣修复术联合光动力疗法治疗面部皮肤癌患者的临床效果。方法选取面部皮肤癌患者共70例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用皮瓣修复术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加入氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法。比较两组患者的临床有效率、容貌满意率及生活质量变化。结果治疗后观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组(97.14%vs 82.86%),同时容貌满意率也明显高于对照组(94.29%vs 82.86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的生活质量评分均较治疗前明显提高,且观察组患者评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮瓣修复联合光动力疗法能够有效提高面部皮肤癌患者的临床疗效,同时能够提高患者的容貌满意度,改善其生活质量。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of flap repair and photodynamic therapy in patients with facial skin cancer.Methods 70 facial skin cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with flap repair and the observation group added aminolone pentonate photodynamic therapy.Changes in clinical efficiency,appearance satisfaction rate and quality of life were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.14%vs 82.86%),and the appearance satisfaction rate was also significantly higher than that of the control group(94.29%vs 82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There had no statistically significant difference in quality of life between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life score was significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Flap repair combined with photodynamic therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of facial skin cancer patients and facial satisf-action and quality of life.
