术前眼位训练对全飞秒激光治疗近视病人视力及满意度的影响

Effects of preoperative eye position training on visual acuity and satisfaction with full-femtosecond laser treatment of myopia patients

目的分析术前眼位训练对全飞秒激光治疗近视病人视力及满意度的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2019年12月来萍乡市人民医院实施全飞秒激光手术矫正近视1567例(3134眼)作为本次研究的观察对象。根据随机抽签法分为两组,一组在术前实施常规操作,设为对照组,总计784例;另一组在常规操作基础上进行术前眼位训练,设为观察组,总计783例。对比分析两组的视力改善、并发症及病人满意度情况。结果术后,观察组病人的视力改善情况[≤0.3为10.08%(79/784),>0.3~0.5为10.84%(85/784),>0.5~0.8为7.65%(60/784),>0.8为71.43%(560/784)]优于对照组[5.11%(40/783),7.63%(60/783),10.60%(83/783),76.63%(600/783)],并发症发生率2.55%(20/783)比对照组6.38%(50/784)要低,病人满意度97.19%(761/783)比对照组94.64%(742/784)要高(P<0.05)。结论在全飞秒激光手术中对近视病人应用术前眼位训练可以很好地降低并发症发生率,促进视力恢复正常,取得病人满意。

Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative eye position training on visual acuity and satisfaction with full-femtosec⁃ond laser treatment in myopia patients.Methods From November 2016 to December 2019,1567 cases(3134 eyes)of myopia corrected by full-femtosecond laser surgery in PingXiang People's Hospital were selected as the observation objects of this study.According to the random drawing method,they were divided into two groups.One group performed routine operations before surgery and was set as the con⁃trol group,with a total of 784 cases;the other group underwent preoperative eye position training on the basis of routine operations and was set as the observation group,with a total of 783 cases.The visual acuity improvement,complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After surgery,the visual acuity of the observation group[≤0.3:10.08%(79/784),0.3-0.5:10.84%(85/784),0.5-0.8:7.65%(60/784),>0.8:71.43%(560/784)]was better than that of the control group[≤0.3:5.11%(40/783),>0.3~0.5:7.63%(60/783),>0.5~0.8:10.60%(83/783),>0.8:76.63%(600/783)],and the complication rate[2.55%(20/783)]was lower than that of the control group[6.38%(50/784)],and the patient satisfaction rate[97.19%(761/783)]was higher than that of the con⁃trol group[94.64%(742/784)](P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative eye position training to myopic patients during full-femtosecond laser surgery can reduce the incidence of complications,promote normal vision recovery,and achieve patient satisfaction.
