摘要
在教育社会学背景下,教师角色日趋复杂,内部的角色冲突也日益严重。对教师的角色冲突分类的话,可以划分为两个维度:角色之间的冲突与角色内冲突,且产生教师的角色冲突的根源包括内部外部两个因素,并在此基础上提出两条调适策略:加强教师群体的角色自我调适能力,完善与维持教师“角色丛”简化机制;创造环境,加强教师角色社会调适能力。本文在正确认识教师角色期待与角色冲突后会产生对教育的新认识。
In the context of educational sociology,the role of teachers has become increasingly complex,and the internal role conflicts have become increasingly serious.The classification of teachers’role conflicts can be divided into two dimensions:conflicts between roles and intra-role conflicts,and the root causes of teacher role conflicts include internal and external factors.On this basis,two adjustment strategies are proposed:Strengthen the self-adjustment ability of teachers'role,improve,and maintain the simplification mechanism of teacher"role cluster";create an environment to strengthen the social adjustment ability of teacher's role.This article will produce a new understanding of education after correctly understanding the role expectation and role conflict of teachers.
