基于人机工程学的被动式下肢助力外骨骼的设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 当前外骨骼产品注重功能实现而忽略用户使用感受,为进一步提高用户使用体验,研究人机工程在被动式下肢助力外骨骼系统中的应用。从用户主动操作和被动适应外骨骼两方面分析用户需求,研究被动式下肢助力外骨骼产品与人体关联的不同因素,归纳总结人机设计要求。从提高外骨骼与人体结构匹配度,外骨骼与人体运动协同性,用户与外骨骼接触舒适性以及外骨骼使用流畅性这四个角度展开,提出了基于人机工程学的被动式下肢助力外骨骼的具体设计策略。研究为优化被动式下肢助力外骨骼设计流程,提高下肢外骨骼在使用过程中的用户体验提供了参考。 The current exoskeleton design focuses on the realization of functions and ignores the user experience.In order to further improve the user experience,the application of ergonomics in the passive lower limb assisted exoskeleton system is studied.Analyze the user's needs for using exoskeleton from both the user's active operation and passive adaptation to the exoskeleton,study the different factors related to the passive lower extremity exoskeleton product and the human body,and summarize the man-machine design requirements.From the four perspectives of improving the matching degree of exoskeleton and human body structure,exoskeleton and human motion coordination,user contact comfort with exoskeleton,and exoskeleton use fluency,design strategy of passive lower limb assisted exoskeleton based on ergonomics is proposed.The research provides a reference for optimizing the design process of passive lower extremity assisted exoskeleton and improving the user experience of lower extremity exoskeleton in use.
