Professor Sun Weifen’s Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

孙伟芬教授长期从事恶性肿瘤的临床研究,经验丰富,对治疗原发性肝癌有着独特的见解。孙伟芬教授认为中晚期肝癌病机特点为本虚标实,治以扶正祛邪,攻补兼施为大纲,调整脏腑阴阳为宗旨;从疏肝理气、调养脾胃,五脏并治、滋养肝肾,以平为期四个方面着手治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效。该文结合临床案例介绍孙伟芬教授治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临证经验。

Professor Sun Weifen has long been engaged in the clinical research of malignant tumors.He has rich experience and has unique views on the treatment of primary liver cancer.Professor Sun Weifen believes that the pathogenesis of middle and late stage liver cancer is based on deficiency and excess,the treatment is based on the outline of supporting righteousness and expelling evil,attacking and supplementing both,and the purpose is to adjust the Yin and Yang of Zang Fu organs;Good clinical effects have been achieved from four aspects:Soothing the liver and regulating qi,regulating the spleen and stomach,treating the five zang organs together,nourishing the liver and kidney.This paper introduces professor Sun Weifen’s clinical experience in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.
