中医预防联合现代防控措施在小儿手足口病中的应用效果

Application Effect of TCM Prevention Combined with Modern Prevention and Control Measures in Children Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探讨在小儿手足口病(HFMD)传染控制中中医预防联合现代防控措施的预防效果。方法:选取河南中医药大学第三附属医院2018年5月至2021年3月期间接诊的119例幼儿,随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(59例)。对照组采用常规预防措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中医预防联合现代防控措施。观察两组幼儿HFMD发病率,幼儿家长对HFMD预防知识的了解程度。结果:观察组HFMD发病率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的22.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组幼儿家长对HFMD基础知识、传播途径、预防措施等评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在HFMD预防控制中,采用中医预防联合现代预防措施全面防控策略可达到显著的预防效果。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of Chinese medicine prevention combined with modern prevention and control measures in the infection control of hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in children.Methods A total of 119 healthy infants admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(59 cases).The control group adopted conventional preventive measures,and the observation group adopted traditional Chinese medicine prevention combined with modern prevention and control measures on the basis of the control group.The incidence of HFMD in the two groups of children,and their parents’understanding of HFMD prevention knowledge were observed.Results The incidence of HFMD in the observation group was 3.33%significantly lower than 22.08%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The parents of the observation group had significantly higher scores on basic knowledge,transmission routes,and preventive measures of HFMD than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention and control of HFMD,the comprehensive prevention and control strategy using traditional Chinese medicine prevention combined with modern preventive measures can achieve significant preventive effects.
