不同产地、等级砂仁及混淆品微量元素测定与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:测定不同产地、等级砂仁及混淆品中的15种微量元素含量,为砂仁的产地溯源、真伪鉴定等提供参考依据。方法:采用微波消解结合电感耦和等离子体质谱对样品中的微量元素含量进行测定,并运用SPSS软件对测定结果进行聚类分析。结果:正品砂仁中微量元素含量排序为Ca>Mn>Al>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ba>Sr>Cr>Ni>Pb>V>Co>As>Cd;比较不同等级砂仁的微量元素测定结果发现,大多数元素含量随着砂仁等级降低而逐渐升高;聚类分析结果可有效区分不同产地砂仁及其混淆品。结论:不同产地、等级砂仁及其混淆品中的微量元素含量存在一定的差异,本研究可为砂仁的产地溯源、真伪鉴别等提供一定的参考依据。 Objective: Determine the contents of 15 trace elements in Amomum villosum from different habitats, grades and its confusing products. In order to provide evidences for the quality evaluation of Amomum villosum. Methods: Microwave digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the content of trace elements, and SPSS software was used for cluster analysis. Results: The content form more to less of trace element content in Amomum villosum was Ca>Mn>Al>Fe>Zn>Cu>Ba>Sr>Cr>Ni>Pb>V>Co>As>Cd;Most elements gradually increased with the decrease of Amomum villosum grade;Cluster analysis can effectively distinguish Amomum villosum from different habitats and its confused products. Conclusion: There are some differences in the contents of trace elements in Amomum villosum and its confused products from different habitats and grades. This study can provide some evidences for the origin traceability and authenticity identification of Amomum villosum.
