CFRP加固钢筋混凝土T梁抗爆动力响应数值模拟

摘要 为了研究CFRP加固钢筋混凝土T梁的抗爆性能,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,建立了钢筋混凝土T梁—CFRP材料—空气域—TNT炸药的全耦合模型,进行爆炸荷载下钢筋混凝土T梁的数值模拟,对钢筋混凝土T梁的动态力学性能进行了分析,分别研究了CFRP外贴形式、CFRP厚度对钢筋混凝土T梁的影响。结果表明:相比普通钢筋混凝土T梁,CFRP材料能有效地抑制T梁底部混凝土裂缝的扩展,提升钢筋混凝土T梁的整体性,进而提高钢筋混凝土T梁的抗弯刚度;综合考虑受力和经济性,顶部和底部同时粘贴CFRP加固钢筋混凝土T梁的抗爆性能更佳;CFRP厚度为0.3 mm时,T梁在爆炸荷载作用下的动力反应最小。 In order to study the anti-explosion performance of reinforced concrete T-beams strengthened by CFRP,the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software was used to establish a fully coupled model of reinforced concrete T-beam-CFRP material-air domain-TNT explosive.The numerical simulation of the reinforced concrete T-beam under explosion load was carried out,the dynamic properties of the T-beam were analyzed,and the influence of the external pasted CFRP and CFRP thickness on the reinforced concrete T-beam was studied respectively.The results show that compared with the ordinary reinforced concrete T-beam,CFRP material can effectively restrain the expansion of the concrete crack at the bottom of the T-beam and lift its integrity,and then improve the bending stiffness;Considering the stress and economy,the anti-explosion performance of the reinforced concrete T-beams strengthened by CFRP both at the top and the bottom is better;When the CFRP thickness is 0.3 mm,the dynamic response of the T-beam under explosive load is the least.
