推进上海大都市圈协同发展,是贯彻落实长三角高质量一体化发展国家战略的重大举措。对标卓越的全球城市区域,上海大都市圈的目标愿景是打造具有全球影响力的现代化都市圈,成为更具竞争力、更可持续、更加融合的区域发展共同体。在多层次空间保障上,上海市域城镇群要深度融入和引领上海大都市圈发展,构建紧凑型、开放式、网络化的上海大都市圈空间结构,并联动长三角各都市圈构建世界级城市群新格局。

Promoting the synergistic development of Shanghai metropolitan area is a major initiative to implement the national strategy of high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.Benchmarked against outstanding global city regions,the target vision of Shanghai metropolitan area is to build a modern metropolitan area with global influence and become a more competitive,sustainable and integrated regional development community.In terms of multi-level spatial security,the Shanghai metropolitan urban agglomeration should deeply integrate into and lead the development of the Shanghai metropolitan area,build a compact,open and networked spatial structure of the Shanghai metropolitan area,and link the metropolitan areas of the Yangtze River Delta to build a new pattern of world-class urban agglomerations.
