Analysis of Problems and Suggestions for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Effectively Respond to the New Solid Waste Law

结合上海环境基础设施建设和循环经济发展,积极引入国内外先进的技术与管理经验,进一步优化本地工业固体废物收运、利用、处置网络,辅以政策倾斜吸引行业投资,建设集工业固废流转回收、综合利用于一体的,符合本地工业固废产生与分布规律的工业固废利用处置网络,以满足上海工业固废安全处置需求,尽可能实现工业固废“自产自消”。

Combined with Shanghai’s environmental infrastructure construction and circular economy development,Shanghai should actively introduce advanced technology and management experience at home and abroad,further optimize the local industrial solid waste collection and transportation,utilization,disposal network,supplemented by policies to attract industry investment,build an industrial solid waste utilization and disposal network that integrates the circulation,recycling and comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste,and conforms to the local industrial solid waste generation and distribution rules,so as to meet the needs of Shanghai’s industrial solid waste safe disposal,and to realize the“self-production and self-consumption”of industrial solid waste as much as possible.
