The BRICS countries are an important force that cannot be ignored in emerging industries.The BRICS countries have been constantly seeking their own distinctive development paths.The development of the BRICS countries is a product of the deepening of globalization.The resources and advantages of the two countries complement each other,and the continuous and rapid development of the manufacturing industry has played an important role in improving overall national strength and in the process of industrialization.Correctly measuring the foreign trade cost of China’s manufacturing industry and grasping its evolutionary trends and characteristics play an important role in the development of the manufacturing industry.The article uses the Novy model to measure the trade cost of the manufacturing industry in the BRICS countries,and studies the factors that affect the trade cost of the manufacturing industry.
