李长生教授治疗冠心病的临证经验

Clinical experience of professor Li Changsheng in the treatment of corona ry heart disease

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)属于中医学中“胸痹”、“胸痹心痛”、“真心痛”等范畴。李长生教授从医近40年,擅长治疗各类心脑血管疾病。李教授认为冠心病的病机以气虚阴虚为本,以痰浊、血瘀为标,应以益气养阴、化痰活血、宣痹通阳、通络止痛为治疗原则。本文对李长生教授治疗冠心病的临证经验进行介绍。

Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)belongs to the category of“chest pain”,“chest pain and heartache”and“true pain”in Traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Li Changsheng has been practicing medicine for nearly 40 years and specializes in treating various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Professor Li believes that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is based on qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis as the standard,and should be treated by nourishing qi and Nourishing Yin,eliminating phlegm and promoting blood circulation,promoting bi and tongyang,and clearing collaterals and relieving pain as the principles.This article introduces professor Li Changsheng’s clinical experience in treating coronary heart dis ease.
