对2例抗CASPR2抗体阳性自身免疫性脑炎患者进行诊治的报告

Two cases of autoimmune encephalitis with positive anti-CasPR2 antibody w ere diagnosed and treated

自身免疫性脑炎(AE)泛指一类由患者自身的免疫机制介导的脑炎。目前临床上最常见的AE类型为抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体脑炎。抗接触蛋白相关蛋白2(CASPR2)抗体阳性AE在临床上较为罕见,不易被医生识别。本文对2例抗CASPR2抗体阳性AE患者的诊治过程进行概述,以便提高临床医生对该病的认识。

Autoimmune encephalitis(AE)refers to a type of encephalitis mediated by the patient’s own immune mechanism.At present,the most common type of AE clinically is anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis.Anticontact protein-associated protein 2(CASPR2)antibody positive AE is rare in clinic and difficult to be recognized by doctors.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases of AE with positive anti-CasPR2 antibody were summarized in order to improve the understanding of the disease by clinicians.
