加速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Gastrectomy

目的研究腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者应用加速康复外科护理的护理效果以及对患者的胃功能恢复情况的影响以及应用价值,从而为腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的临床护理提供一定的帮助和支持。方法选取医院接收的100例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者,本次研究的时间范围为2017年7月至2019年7月,采用随机抽签分组法将这些患者分为加速康复外科护理组与常规护理组,每组50例,加速康复外科护理组患者采用加速康复外科护理进行护理,常规护理组患者应用常规护理模式为患者实施护理。对比两组肛门通气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间、恢复正常饮食时间、住院时间、护理满意度、并发症发生概率、负面情绪改善情况、护理依从性。结果加速康复外科护理组护理依从性与常规护理组对比,加速康复外科护理组护理依从性明显更高(P<0.05),加速康复外科护理组患者的护理满意度高于常规护理组患者,差异存在显著对比意义(P<0.05)。加速康复外科护理组患者负面情绪与常规护理组相比评分更低,两组对比具显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。加速康复外科护理组恢复正常饮食时间、肛门通气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、首次排便时间对比常规治疗组恢复正常饮食时间、肛门通气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、首次排便时间明显更短,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加速康复外科护理组患者并发症发生率相比常规治疗组并发症发生率更低,对比数据具备有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理能够促进腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者预后改善,为患者调整胃肠功能,加快患者术后恢复速度,进一步提升患者护理满意度,是临床护理当中应用价值较高的护理方法。

Objective To study the nursing effect of accelerated surgical value of laparoscopic gastric cancer and the recovery of gastric function,so as to provide some help and support for the clinical care of laparoscopic gastric cancer.Methods Hospital receive 100 patients of laparoscopic gastric cancer,the time range of the study from July 2017 to July 2019,using random lottery these patients divided into accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing group and routine nursing group,each 50 cases,accelerated rehabilitation surgical care,routine nursing group patients with routine nursing care mode for patients.The two groups were compared with anal ventilation time,first defecation time,off-bed activity time,return to normal diet time,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction,probability of complications,negative emotional improvement,and nursing compliance.Results The nursing compliance was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the care satisfaction of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing group was higher than that in routine care group,with significant comparative significance(P<0.05).The negative emotions in the accelerated rehabilitation surgery care group were lower compared with the routine care group,and the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing group to return to normal diet time,anal ventilation time,bed activity time,hospitalization time,first defecation time compared to normal diet time,anal ventilation time,bed activity time,hospitalization time,first defecation time is significantly shorter,the two groups of data compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the accelerated rehabilitation surgery care group was lower than in the conventional treatment group,and the comparison data were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerating rehabilitation surgical nursing can promote the prognosis of patients after laparoscopic gastric cancer,adjust gastrointestinal function for patients,accelerate their postoperative recovery,and further improve patient nursing satisfaction,which is a nursing means with high application value in clinical nursing.
