心理护理在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Psychological Nursing in Assisting the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨心理护理在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月至2018年3月大连市妇女儿童医疗中心收治的盆腔炎患者作为本次研究对象,共计68例,随机均分为两组——对照组、观察组。对照组行临床常规护理,观察组则加行心理护理。对治疗有效率、生活质量评分、护理满意度、焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)以及疼痛指数评分(VAS)进行评价。结果对照组有效率为79.41%,低于观察组的97.06%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,对照组生活质量各维度评分低于观察组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度为73.53%,低于观察组的94.12%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,对照组SAS、SDS评分高于观察组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组各时间点VAS评分明显高于观察组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在盆腔炎患者积极有效的治疗中实施心理护理,可以针对患者的心理状态实施有效的干预效果,同时辅助治疗,提高有效率,对患者的生活质量也产生积极作用,也可以缓解疼痛,提高患者及其家属的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods All 68 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Dalian women's and children's medical center from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups-control group and observation group.The control group received routine clinical nursing,while the observation group received psychological nursing.The treatment efficiency,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results The effective rate of the control group was 79.41%,which was lower than 97.06%of the observation group,the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the control group were lower than those in the observation group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 73.53%,which was lower than 94.12%of the observation group,the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group were higher than those of the observation group,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group at each time point,and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing in the active and effective treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can implement effective intervention effect according to the psychological state of patients.At the same time,adjuvant treatment can improve the effective rate,play a positive role in the quality of life of patients,relieve pain and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families.
