个性化心理护理在老年脑梗死中的应用

Application of Personalized Psychological Nursing in Elderly Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨临床中在为老年脑梗死患者选择护理方案时,应用个性化心理护理对患者的心理改善情况、护理质量的满意程度提升,以及对患者预后生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2020年12月我院收治的86例60岁以上的脑梗死患者为研究对象,以数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采取个性化心理护理模式。对比两组患者护理前后的心理改善情况,比较两组患者对护理质量的满意程度以及护理后的生活质量评分。结果观察组患者对护理人员的护理态度、护理技能及治疗环境评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在护理前焦虑症评分(SAS)组间无显著差异(P>0.05),经不同的护理干预后,观察组SAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在护理前抑郁症评分(SDS)组间无显著差异(P>0.05),经不同的护理干预后,观察组SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在心理功能指标对比中,与对照组相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05),在社会功能指标对比中,与对照组相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05),在躯体功能对比中,与对照组相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的物质生活指标评分更高(P<0.05)。结论针对老年脑梗死患者采取个性化心理干预较常规护理模式优势显著,不仅有效缓解患者的心理焦虑抑郁情况,使患者可以保持平稳的心态积极面对治疗,还增强了患者对护理工作的认可和支持,从而提高患者依从性,改善护患关系,另外,对老年脑梗死患者护理后,患者在心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能及物质生活方面的预后明显改善,说明个性化心理护理在一定程度上可以加快患者身体功能的恢复,优化生活质量,从而促使医院护理质量的提升,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized psychological nursing on the psychological improvement of patients,the satisfaction of nursing quality,and the quality of life of patients after prognosis when choosing nursing scheme for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2019 to December 2020,86 patients with cerebral infarction over 60 years old in our hospital were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group by numerical method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group adopted personalized psychological nursing mode on the basis of the control group.Compare the psychological improvement of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,compare the satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients with nursing quality,and compare the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results The scores of nursing attitude,nursing skills and treatment environment of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in SAS before nursing(P>0.05).After different nursing interventions,SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in SDS scores before nursing(P>0.05).After different nursing interventions,the SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the psychological function index of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the social function index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the physical function index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of material life indicators in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized psychological intervention for elderly patients with cerebral infarction has obvious advantages compared with conventional nursing mode,which not only effectively relieves patients'psychological anxiety and depression,enables patients to keep a stable attitude and actively face treatment,but also enhances patients'recognition and support for nursing work,thus improving patients'compliance and nurse-patient relationship.In addition,after nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction.The prognosis of patients in psychological function,social function,physical function and material life has improved obviously,which shows that personalized psychological nursing can also accelerate the recovery of patients'physical function to a certain extent,optimize the quality of life,thus promoting the improvement of hospital nursing quality,with remarkable effect and worthy of clinical application.
